Want to Detox heavy metals out of your body while you offer nutrients to the rest of the body? This smoothie delivers a powerful punch of flavor and health.

2 cups blueberries

2 small bananas

1 small orange

1 cup cilantro

1/2" gel of an aloe leaf

1 t Spirulina

1T dulse or walkame (dried)

1/2 scoop IDLIFE VEGAN SHAKE

add water as needed. I usually add 1 cup. It will thicken as it sits.

On a warm sunny fall day a refreshing healing soup loaded with antioxidans and pleanty of nourishment is just what the holistic doctor ordered!

Blend

1 garlic clove

1/4 cup red onion

juice of 1 organge

1.5 cups cherry tomoatoes or equivelant

Add once above mixture is blended well

4-5 handfuls of spinach

1/2-1 ripe avacado (to texture)

2 basil leaves OR handful of cilantro

1/4 cup coconut milk (unsweetened) to thin soup)

salt and pepper to tast

Best cold could slightly heat to warm

 

Everyone likes a little chocolate now and then! This is quickly becoming one of my favorite sweet treats!

1 10 bag of 70+ bittersweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 pomgranates scoop out all seed/strain

Heat chips on low heat with coconut oil until smooth.

Turn off heat and add maple syrup nd any options below

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour chocolate mixture on top and smooth out with spoon.

PRESS the pomgranates into the chocolate mixture.

Freeze for 1 hour and break bark up into a tin or container.

Keep in freezer or frig

Change it up and add to the chocolate mixture

1/8 teaspoon mint extract (optional)

Coconut flakes (optional)

pinch of cayanne pepper

Coffee grounds as a firming mask!

Take 1/2 Tbs. of ORGANIC coffee grounds

1/2 Tbs. organic brown sugar (exfoliates and increases cell turnover)

1Tbs. cold press liquid coconut oil or honey

Double recipe if doing face and neck and can do crazy and rub into those dimples on your thighs!

Mix ingredients together and spread in an upward-circular motion and leave sit for 15 minutes! I do this on days I have extra time and then rinse off in the shower! It can be messy so don't plan on walking around and have a towel under you and simply RELAX for 15 minutes!
